Answer: We can view network and host addresses in two ways:
1) Network-Id and Host-Id

An Ip address is made of two parts, the left part is network Id, the right part is host Id.

It had advanced from mere talk to reality after a faithful look at the 32-bit Ipv4 addressing structure. After the addresses laid aside for hidden or research purposes, we were left with a mere classful class C address with 254 host space and class B with 65,534 host address spaces.
In new years, the number of hosts on the Internet has grown rapidly, from 159,000 in October 1989, to over 72 million by the end of the millennium. Agreeing to Cisco, in January 2007, there were over 433 million hosts on the Internet.

Those that make things happen at the Ietf (Internet Engineering Task Force) found out that the One basic cause of this qoute was the lack of flexibility. Based on this, they introduced Classless Inter-Domain Routing (Cidr), which used changeable length Subnet Masking (Vlsm) to help conserve address space. With the introduction of Cidr and Vlsm, Isps (Internet service Providers) could now assign one part of a classful network to one customer and distinct part to someone else customer and network administrators had to use added subnetting skills. That of procedure means Ip addressing is no longer tiny to a /8, /16, or /24 subnet mask. Blocks of Ip addresses could be assigned to a network base on the requirements or individual need rather than by class. Vlsm is naturally subnetting a subnet. Subnets can be added subnetted in many levels.

I've recently gotten into the caffeine craze. Remember, caffeine has been indicted to the skincare hall of fame. Naturally, I just had to play colse to with it. And so, I've come up with this wonderfully scrumptious facial mask. It works wonders on my skin. I can beyond doubt see the disagreement after the mask. My skin beyond doubt glows and it was baby level to the touch. beyond doubt delightful!! Plus the aromatic coffee scent lingers long after the mask is removed. Other plus point, you're beyond doubt using used finely ground coffee, plainly procure the used coffee after your morning coffee.

Ingredients

Mask

3 tablespoons of used finely ground coffee

A small glass of milk

Directions

1) Add the used finely ground coffee into a bowl. Stir in milk until it achieves a think texture. Mix the ingredients till well blended. Try not to make the paste too diluted or it'll be runny and it's gonna be messy while application. If blend becomes too runny, plainly add a little more coffee into it.

2) When ready, apply the paste onto your face and neck and level it out all over your face. Avoid eyes and lips.

3) moderately massage the blend to your skin and relax for 20 mins.

4) While washing off the mask, moderately massage the paste to your skin. It acts supplementary as an exfoliator. Don't massage too hard if you have sensitive skin

5) Pat dry face and apply moisturizer while skin is still damp to seal in moisture

Try it, you won't regret it. Remember not to scrub your skin too hard with the coffee grounds though.

Softball Pitcher's Face Mask Should Be Mandatory

The time has come for the Sanctioning bodies of adult softball and youth fastpitch softball to need all softball pitchers and 3rd basemen to wear a protective softball face mask. While the actual risk of being hit in the face with a line drive is slight, the severity of the injury can be blindness or even death. according to the U.S. Buyer product security Commission in 1991 reported that more than 100,000 cases of facial trauma occurred in children younger than 14 years while they participated in sports activities with a surprisingly high incidence of female pitchers that are hit with a batted ball.

I was sitting by the father of the 3rd baseman and we were discussing how scary it is that coach's have the 3rd baseman play so close to home plate. Later that same inning, a batter ripped a line drive about 18 inches directly over his daughter's head. She didn't even have time to flinch. Honestly, it was so sudden she didn't have time to duck or move her hands for protection. The dad, relieved that his daughter was okay, said, "That's it. I'm online tonight and will buy a protective face mask. She won't play 3rd base again without one."

One might think a protective face mask is only applicable to girls softball, but that would be naive. Just two years ago, I met a man that played recreational slow pitch softball. He proceeded to tell me that he still plays softball but he can no longer pitch. He had been struck in his right eye socket with a batted ball and could not risk being struck again. Are you ready for this, it took three surgeries and 189 stitches to mend the damage to his eye socket, nose, and cheek. I don't know his exact age, but I fancy he was in his late 20's or early 30's when the injury occurred.

The game of softball is the most participated sport in the U.S. Given this level of participation and the inherent severity of facial injuries, it just makes sense that players in high risk positions should be required to wear a softball protective face mask. The unfortunate reality is that most citizen will not wear security gear until they are required to do so. A consolidate of years ago, face masks on batting helmets became mandatory. In the year prior to that rule, my daughter's softball team was the only team in our fastpitch softball league that voluntarily put face masks on batting helmets. That's just one team out of approximately 50 teams.

I'm not sure why more players don't wear the protective face mask. I fancy some parents are not aware that it exists and many other parents don't want to spend the .00 because the odds are so slim. imagine what the cost might be for a trip to the accident room, a week in the hospital, and two or three re-constructive surgeries. That's just the actual financial cost. Also consider the inherent of losing sight in one eye, or the mental damage connected with having scars from 189 stitches. Those costs can't be measured.

The point is to stand back from the mask and see it for what it is - as simply a coping mechanism. And as we stand back, the mask pales into insignificance and can disempower us no more.

Detachment from agendas frees us up. Frees us up for what? For real love. And for creativity. For living out our passions, and playing this game of life with zest. We all have talents and passions, no matter who we are. This is where power is great directed for a life lived from our necessary Self. Thi9s is how we will witness the elusive contentment.

In abiding in the size of the real Self in our daily activities, a peace is available that is beyond the stresses of having to buy into the hamster's wheel of perpetual striving and relentless mind activity. There is no need to go sit on a mountain top to experience inner peace; we can feel it now, in the real world. Like the phoenix rising out of the ashes, the real Self is what will emerge if we allow it to. And allowing it to means simply to drop the mask and just be.
